Mr. McNamara has led the investment, management and advisory practice at GreenRoom Associates since its inception in 2005. Mr. McNamara has spent over 25 years in a variety of leadership roles including in the US Army (Platoon Leader (Germany) and Aide-de-Camp (Korea)), C-Level Management (CEO, COO & CFO), investment banking-related transactions (financings, M&A and Debt).
Mr. McNamara has a passion for sports, education, nutrition, and music. Prior to forming GreenRoom & Associates, Mr. McNamara worked for West End Partners in multiple roles including Associate, Vice President/Principal and CFO of a portfolio company. Engaged by boards of directors, lending institutions and operating management, Mr. McNamara has previously managed large-capitalization turnarounds and reorganizations in a variety of industries during the recession of 1989-1992 for venture-funded companies to billion multinationals, both within Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings in and out of court restructurings.
Mr. McNamara earned a B.S degree from the USC Marshall School of Business (Entrepreneur Program), an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Chapman University (Overseas Program), and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Anderson School at UCLA.
Mr. McNamara also has a passion for Veteran Causes and is always looking for ways to engage and support those that have given their hearts, minds, limbs and lives so that we enjoy liberty. Mr. McNamara has started a nonprofit sports league in Manhattan Beach, CA and his 3 most important assets are his children. If not with them, Keith is happiest in the GreenRoom.

Previously, she worked in Fortune 100 Treasury, managing a $2B derivative portfolio and raising $10B+ in securitized capital, now leveraging that expertise to scale high-growth businesses and venture-backed startups.
